Requesting XOD from within the Cart
User Functionality > Retrieval Orders > X-ray on Demand (XOD) > Requesting XOD from within the Cart

Create an XOD request on the fly from within the cart.

  1. Select Records Management | Search, Retrieve. The Search Results screen is displayed.
  2. Click theCartbutton to access the Retrieval Order Item Cart screen.  
  3. SelectRequest XODfrom theRetrieval Methoddropdown.
  4. Follow steps 4 through 8 inRequesting an XOD from a Fileto complete the XOD request.
