The Iron Mountain Connect homepage gives you access to various Iron Mountain applications, and to components of Iron Mountain Connect Records Management based on your role and the Iron Mountain services that you have access to. Not all options are available to all users.
Quick Links:
- Records Management
- Shredding Centre: If you have contracted for Iron Mountain's shredding services, you have access to the Shredding Centre.
- My Profile: Your contact information, account settings, access and permissions. This is also where you reset your password.
- Manage Users:Client User Administrators (CUAs) are able to edit and add new users to their company list.
- Resources:Your central repository for How To guides and other training materials.
- Resources (Upload Functionality):Client Content Administrators (CCAs) are able to upload a company logo and company documents such as corporate records policies and retention schedules.
- Pay Bill:Online access to pay Iron Mountain invoices.
- My Administrators: Find and contact your company's Iron Mountain Connect administrators.
- Retention Schedule:: If you have submitted your record retention schedule to Iron Mountain, you are able to access it via this link.
- Escrow Management Centre:If you have contracted for Iron Mountain's technology escrow services, you have access to the Escrow Management Centre.
Centre portals:
- Records Management
- Report Centre:Request and access reports to monitor your records management and shredding programmes. Run Inventory, Financial, Retention and Activity reports on a weekly or monthly basis. Displays if you have been granted access to either the Basic Records Management or Shredding report groups from within your user profile.
- Shredding: If you have contracted for Iron Mountain's shredding services, use this portal to access Shredding Centre where you can view visit profiles and request shredding services.
- Track Orders: Search for orders, and track your last five orders. Order numbers are clickable and open the order within the Track Orders selection.
- Users: Client User Administrators (CUAs) are able to quickly search for users and access the Manage Users selection from this portal.
