Requesting XOD from within the Basket
User Functionality > Retrieval Orders > X-Ray on Demand (XOD) > Requesting XOD from within the Basket

Create an XOD request on the fly from within the basket.

  1. Select Records Management | Search, Retrieve. The Search Results screen is displayed.
  2. Click theBasketbutton to access the Retrieval Order Item Basket screen.  
  3. SelectRequest XODfrom theRetrieval Methoddrop-down menu.
  4. Follow steps 4 to 8 inRequesting an XOD from a Fileto complete the XOD request.
