Applying column filters reduces the number of addresses displayed and helps you find an existing shipping address.
- Select Records Management |Administration | Manage Addresses.
NOTE: These steps can also be used to find an address from within the Shipping Address List screen when placing an order.
- Select a customer.
- Enter a keyword from the address in one or more of the column filter fields.
- Click Filter. Addresses that match your criteria are displayed.
NOTE: Both Active and Inactive Addresses are searchable.
If filtering does not find the address,create the address.
